Dick’s Sporting Goods At Delta Shores – Sacramento, CA – Excellent Customer Service!
My husband and I walked into Dick’s trying to get a deal on North Face backpacks. We had gotten a 25% discount the week before. Although we weren’t able to to get that discount, the staff at the store went out of their way to make sure that we were able to take advantage of another discount currently being offered.
Excellent Customer Service
We were not easy customers. We came back multiple times and they had to look for the items and backpacks we wanted. I’d like to commend Bekky (the manager I believe) and Matt for going out of their way to make sure that my husband and I were taken care of. They never missed a beat even when we walked back in 5 minutes before closing to make a price adjustment. Bekky and Matt handled themselves with professionalism and courtesy. I walked away from Dick’s tonight telling my husband that the way they acted is exactly how customer service should be.
